One of the speakers on Monday March 22:



Muhammad Ayish, professor of communication at the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Dean of the College of Communication in the same institution from September 2002 to August 2008. He have over 60 published research articles and book chapters in international journals and books in both English and Arabic. His latest publication is: The New Arab Public Sphere. Berlin: Frank and Timme (2008). He was one of the speakers in the first day of the symposium and his paper was about television reality shows in the Arab world.


Global Media Ethics Roundtable

This symposium was organized by the College of Communications and Media Sciences of Zayed University in Dubai Campus, specifically in Executive Dining Hall - ZU convention Centre - Level 2. It’s continued for three days from March 22 – March 24. It addresses the concerns and attention of many professionals, interested media specialists and people at different educational and cultural levels, in our developing age of information and media.
